Picture Perfect 5 Acres …

Some 5-acre blocks stick in your mind and this would have to be one, and for all the right reasons. Yes, it looks good from the street, but you get an even better perspective from out on the back deck, probably even better with a cold one in your hand, but that's another story.

This story is about you, your family and what it would be like to live here on this quiet and peaceful 5 acres, on the east side of Jimboomba. Ideal for access to the town, Emmaus College and all the other shopping and sports facilities that will be yours to enjoy.

Being a 5 acre block, you could bring the horse(s) and they've been here in the past. Our owner however has done that, he's got the ‘T' shirt and is ready to move on to something smaller, after many happy years here at Clydesdale Road. And yes, its fully fenced.

However, in recent times, a few items got his specific attention, which I'd like to highlight at this early stage in my description. The kitchen is one. I like it and hopefully you will too, because it's finished in white 2 Pac, with a great selection of both high and low line cupboards, complimented by a quality freestanding stove and it looks out over that deck that I touched on earlier.

New carpets in recent times are another welcome addition, and like everything else here, the focus seems to be on quality rather than cost. You can always tell the difference and it's great to see, assuming of course, you're actively looking …

And that deck … I personally love it, we sat out there with the owner doing some paperwork and we commented on just what are great spot it actually is - so relaxing, so useable - you can feel your pulse rate plummet partly I think because you're in such a quiet location put partly I think also because it's a timber deck - there's just something about timber decks that stamped concrete just cannot match.

So those are my impressions, see what you think when you inspect, but first, let me give you some additional details of what's here …

The living space is semi open plan and surprisingly spacious; you'll enjoy formal lounge and dining living through to the meals or family area which is open plan to that smart 2 Pac kitchen that I mentioned earlier.

The bedrooms all have built-ins, with mirror sliding doors in each case, while in the master you'll find a 3-door built-in, a feature bay window and that all important en-suite bathroom, in addition to the family bathroom, which includes what we all expect, as you can see in our images.

Yes, there's a laundry. No there are no sheds. Yes, you could add another bedroom, quite easily I would have thought and Yes, there IS a Dam down near the bottom of this gentle sloping block and I DO stress gently sloping …!

So, if you are on the hunt for quality acreage in the right location at the right price, then an early inspection here at Clydesdale Road would be time well spent. Acreage is currently "going like hot cakes" and this will be no exception!
