It follows that I should have the appropriate skills to actually do the job, which means that I should be easy to get along with, communicate clearly and quickly with everyone, market effectively and be a skilled negotiator. I also think you need to have focus, enthusiasm and commitment. This is not a 9-5 job – the day finishes when all the work is done, because tomorrow could be even busier !
I passionately believe that any good agent should be able to demonstrate their skills to a prospective seller – to quite literally role play various scenarios, on demand, so that you can see and hear exactly what they do. It’s about helping you to achieve what you want, within a timescale that suits your needs and in so doing, delivering an experience that results in you thinking and repeating to other people that Steve at Elders really IS different – he acts with integrity, honesty, enthusiasm and delivers great results.
